Jamaican jerk dry rub is delicious on chicken, beef, pork or fish. Using a jerk dry rub on your meats will give them a robust flavor. Just rub the mix into the skin of your meat. Try this on Wings! 1 LB of Chicken wings add to zip top bag with 2T olive oil. Bake at 400 until the internal tempurature reaches 160. Coat with some apricot preserves and return to the over for 5-8 minutes. Serve
